The City of Casey is required to provide a planning application list, under the Planning & Environment Act, 1987 and Subdivision Act 1988.
Details of Planning and Subdivision applications are collated overnight and loaded onto this site each morning. This data is presented in a predetermined format and information can be searched for the previous 12 months from close of business yesterday.
You can also search our list via a variety of search criteria including street address and application number.
Legal Obligations
We were guided by the Information Privacy Act (2000), and the Planning & Environment Act (1987), in creating the tools on this page.
As a user of these tools you may be affected by the Commonwealth Privacy Act or the Victorian Information Privacy Act in relation to your collection and handling of information.
