If your bin has been damaged, please contact the City of Casey to organise a repair.
If you suspect your bin has gone missing, you can request that a new bin be issued to you.
Please confirm the bin is missing!
If your bin turns up, please contact the City of Casey to cancel the new bin.
Take simple steps first (such as checking with neighbours, seeing if your bin has ended up further down your street etc) before you contact us.
Once you have confirmed your bin is missing, complete the form below, sign it and have it witnessed, then return it to the City of Casey.
